How to manage your profile and security settings in Intuety
Your profile settings let you update your personal details, notification preferences, password, and multi-factor authentication.
Who can use this
- All Intuety users
Before you start, make sure the following applies:
Make sure you are signed in to Intuety.
Open your profile
- Select your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select Profile.
Update profile details
- Open the Profile tab.
- Select Edit.
- Update details such as company name, name, phone number, or job title where available.
- Turn Notifications on or off as required.
- Save your changes.
Update your password
- Open the Security tab.
- Enter a new password.
- Confirm the new password.
- Select Update.
Your password should meet the requirements shown on the page, including uppercase, lowercase, number, special character, and minimum length requirements.
Set up multi-factor authentication
- Open the Security tab.
- Find Multi-factor Authentication.
- Select Setup MFA.
- Follow the setup prompts.
Review API settings
- Open the API tab if available.
- Review any API options shown for your account.
Your updated profile details should remain visible after refreshing the page. Password and MFA changes should apply the next time you sign in.
Limitations and things to be aware of- I cannot edit some profile fields: Some information may be controlled by your organisation.
- My password is rejected: Check that it meets all password requirements.
- I cannot set up MFA: Contact your administrator or support team.
