How to sign in and sign out of Intuety

This guide explains how to access Intuety, sign in, reset your password if needed, and sign out when you have finished.

Who can use this
  • All Intuety users
  • New users who have received an account invitation
  • Users who need help accessing the platform

Before you start, make sure the following applies:

Make sure you have:

  • An active Intuety account
  • Your work email address
  • Your password, or access to your email inbox if you need to reset it

Open Intuety

  1. Go to https://app.intuety.io/
  2. The sign-in page will display Email address, Password, Forgot password?, Login, and Sign in with Microsoft.

Sign in with email and password

  1. Enter your Email address.
  2. Enter your Password.
  3. Select Login.
  4. After signing in, you will be taken to your Intuety dashboard.

Sign in with Microsoft Single Sign-On (SSO)

  1. Select Sign in with Microsoft.
  2. Follow the Microsoft sign-in prompts.
  3. When Microsoft sign-in is complete, you will be returned to Intuety.

Reset your password

  1. On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?.
  2. Follow the instructions sent to your email address.
  3. Return to https://app.intuety.io/ and sign in with your new password.

Sign out

  1. Select your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Logout.
Checking it worked

You have signed in successfully when you can see the Intuety dashboard. You have signed out successfully when you are returned to the sign-in page.

Limitations and things to be aware of
  • I cannot remember my password: Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page.
  • Microsoft sign-in does not work: Check that your organisation has enabled Microsoft SSO for Intuety.
  • I cannot see a project after signing in: Ask your project or company administrator to confirm that your account has been added to the correct project.
