You may notice that the list of jobs show the current status or stage of the job. This is to easily see where within the workflow the job currently is.
The statuses in order for uploads are:
- Uploaded
- Processing
- Results Ready
- Send for Approval
- Awaiting Review
- Approved/Rejected
- Completed
The statuses in order for created documents are:
- In Draft
- Send for Approval
- Awaiting Review
- Approved/Rejected
- Completed
