Understanding Attachments

  • Accessing the Attachments Section: Once inside the job, click on the 'attachments' tile or if already within an area click the 'attachments' section in the bottom floating menu.

  • Uploading Files and Images: You can drag and drop files or images directly into this area. Once a file is added, click Upload. In just a few seconds, the file will be saved and attached to that specific task.

  • This is the area where all downloads of documentation can be found including relevant lessons learned, guidance documents, regulatory documents, your risk assessment, method statement and anything else.

Managing Uploaded Files:

After uploading, you can:

  • View the file directly within the platform

  • Download it if needed

  • Delete it if it’s no longer relevant

  • Translate in the required language for the audience or person(s)required to read it.

This functionality supports multiple file types including images, documents, forms, and more.

Use Cases for Attachments:
The attachments feature is flexible and useful for many scenarios:

  • A photo taken on-site linked to the specific work being done

  • A permit or approval document required before RAMS are submitted

  • A checklist, review form, or cover sheet that supports the task

  • Any additional documentation that adds context or compliance records

6. Centralised Records: Everything you upload is tied to the task, or “work in activity” supports. Whether you're revisiting the project in a few months or next year, all your files remain centralised and easy to access.
