Risk Assessment Suggestions
This video provides an overview of the risk assessment page and how Intuety prioritises suggestions using machine learning and real-world data:
-
Priority Levels:
-
High Priority: Suggestions from your company’s SOPs or standards, which should be prioritised and never missed.
-
Medium Priority: Suggestions closely related to your task but not from your SOPs or company standards.
-
Low Priority: Industry-based suggestions that aren’t specific to your company, marked as lower priority.
-
- SIF: SIF or Serious Injury and Fatalities is core to the suggestion module within Intuety, allowing targeted suggestions based on that of which can cause serious injuries or fatalities. This is accessible via the floating menu on the suggestion area or via the left-hand filter pull out drawer.
-
Suggestion Sources: When looking at a suggestion from Intuety, the pill shaped icons attached to the suggestion will show where and why you are getting this suggestion. This can include 'From standards', 'Matches your activity'. This is designed to provide transparency and understanding of suggestion origin.
-
Inserting suggestions: Intuety is designed to ensure human interaction at the improvement stage, utilising the intelligent knowledge to enable you. Each suggestion provided can be taken forward by clicking the 'insert' button. Alternatively, you can leave it by just continuing. This gives you choice of what goes into the risk assessment being built.
-
Confirming Suggestions: After you have inserted suggestions, click confirm suggestions from the action menu which is the '+' bubble icon in the bottom right hand corner.
-
The pull out drawer on the right hand side will show everything that was originally in your risk assessment coupled with anything you have chosen to insert. This gives you a complete picture of your risk assessment, but it stays in a pull out drawer to avoid a cluttered and busy page. Simple open and close it when you need.
- Filters: Suggestions can be filtered in multiple ways to work around you and your organisation. Suggestion filters can be accessed via the left hand pull out drawer. Simply click the pull out drawer and it will open, click again to close it. Some of the filters you can apply include filtering by priority, Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF), Sort by total number of suggestions or alphabetically.
