Project Familiarisation
The Projects area serves as a structured workspace where projects or sites are categorised based on your company's predefined settings. Projects act as folders that help you systematically store, review, and update data, ensuring a tidy and organised platform.
Project Visibility and Access:
-
You may see multiple projects in the dashboard, potentially from different companies, depending on access permissions.
-
If a project is shared with a client, they may appear within your project list as well.
-
The projects you actively create jobs within, upload files to, review, or work on will automatically move to the top of the list, ensuring the most relevant projects are easily accessible.
- You can pin key and important projects to the top of your list by clicking the push pin icon in the top right of each project/site tile.
-
You will always have access to other projects for knowledge-sharing and referencing previous risk assessments.
Searching and Filtering Projects:
If you would like to sort or filter projects for easier searching you have a number of options available to you.
Filters you can set on projects:
- Search By: Freely search by name, reference, location or label.
- Company: A drop down menu showing clients or supply chain organisations.
- Label: A drop down menu of available in-use labels, select one and it will show all projects with that label.
- Sort By: Sort projects alphabetically by name, start date, most recent jobs amongst other available options.
- You can also find 'completed projects' as an option in the sort by menu.
- You can also select to sort by ascending or descending based on your filters. This means if you sorted by name alphabetically you can switch between A-Z and Z-A.
- Change your view by clicking the grid or list icon to view projects in different ways.
- Clear all filters by simply clicking the 'clear' button.
