I cannot see the project I am looking for?

If you are a sub-contractor or supplier:

1. Can’t Find Your Project? If you don’t see the project you’re meant to work on, it’s likely you haven’t been added to it yet.

2. Ask Your Principal Contractor or parent organisation: Reach out to your principal contractor or parent organisation you are working for and ask them to invite you to the correct project. They’ll be able to add your company.

3. Who Can Add You? Typically anybody in the organisation you are working under, their team who typically acts as a reviewer or approver will have permission to add you to the project.

4. Once Invited: You’ll receive an email notification with access. Then, simply log in to see the project appear in your dashboard.

 

User looking for one of your companies own projects?:

  1. If you cannot find the project by searching for a similar name, reference or location then the project may not be setup on the platform.
  2. Head over to the 'my admins' page and ask one of the project admins to set it up for you.

It's worth noting that if you belong to 'Company A' for example, you will see ALL projects belonging to 'Company A' as you are a user of that company. There is no individual permissions to access your own companies projects.
