How to view the supplier list in Intuety
This guide explains how admins can view approved suppliers in Intuety.
Who can use this
- Client Admins
- Project Admins
- Company administrators
Open Suppliers
- Select Organisation Settings from the left sidebar.
- Select Suppliers.
- Review the Approved suppliers table.
Use supplier information
Approved suppliers are trusted partners who can collaborate on projects. Project collaborators are managed separately inside project settings.
Limitations and things to be aware of- A supplier is not listed: Check whether the supplier has been invited or approved.
- A supplier cannot access a project: Check the project's Collaborators tab.
- Approvers should not invite suppliers: Review Organisation Settings > Options > Approver supplier invitations.
