How to use the Metrics Dashboard

The Metrics Dashboard helps administrators and managers monitor RAMS activity and risk assessment performance across projects and contractors.

 Who can use this
  • Client administrators
  • Project administrators
  • Management users

Before you start, make sure the following applies:

Make sure your role gives you access to the Metrics Dashboard.

Open the Metrics Dashboard

  1. Select Metrics Dashboard from the left sidebar.
  2. Review the dashboard filters and widgets.

Apply filters

  1. Select a Time Period, such as Last 30 Days.
  2. Use From and To date fields if you need a custom range.
  3. Choose a Project if you only want to review one project.
  4. Choose a Contractor if you only want to review one contractor.

Review key metrics

The dashboard may show metrics such as:

  • Avg Quality Score Increase
  • Total Risk Assessments
  • Risk Recommendations
  • Mitigation Recommendations
  • Risk Assessments Over Time

Customise the layout

  1. Select Edit Layout.
  2. Move or resize widgets where available.
  3. Save or exit edit mode when complete.

The metrics should update based on the selected filters. The dashboard layout should reflect your saved changes.

Limitations and things to be aware of
  • I cannot see the Metrics Dashboard: Check your administrator role and permissions.
  • Metrics look lower than expected: Check the selected time period, project, and contractor filters.
  • A chart is empty: Try expanding the date range or clearing filters.
