How to configure organisation settings in Intuety

 Who can use this

• Client administrators
• Company administrators

Before you start, make sure the following applies:

Make sure you have permission to access Organisation Settings.

Open Organisation Settings

1. Select Organisation Settings from the left sidebar.
2. Review the organisation name and logo area at the top of the page.

Configure Options

1. Open the Options tab.
2. Review Approver supplier invitations.
3. Toggle this setting on or off depending on whether approvers should be able to invite suppliers into projects.
4. Select Save options.

Manage sectors

1. Open Sector Management.
2. Search for or enter the required sector.
3. Review the selected sectors.
4. Select Update sectors.

Review admin users

1. Open Admin Users.
2. Review the organisation administrators and their roles.

Review suppliers

1. Open Suppliers.
2. Review the approved supplier organisations.

Manage template permissions

1. Open Template Permissions.
2. Review each user.
3. Toggle Create from blank or Create from template as required.

Saved organisation settings should remain in place after refreshing the page. Template permission changes should control which users can create RAMS templates.

Limitations and things to be aware of

• A user cannot create templates: Check Template Permissions.
• Approvers can invite suppliers but should not be able to: Turn off Approver supplier invitations.
• A supplier is not available on a project: Check whether the organisation is listed under Suppliers.
