How to add and change your company logo

This guide explains how to add, update, or remove the organisation logo in Intuety.

 Who can use this
  • Client Admins
  • Company administrators

Before you start, make sure the following applies:

  • Prepare a PNG or JPG logo.
  • Use an image at least 256 × 256 pixels.
  • Keep the file below 10 MB.

Open Organisation Settings

  1. Select Organisation Settings from the left sidebar.
  2. Review the organisation name and current logo area.

Upload a logo

  1. Select Upload logo.
  2. Select Browse files.
  3. Choose the logo image.
  4. Adjust the crop if prompted.
  5. Preview the logo.
  6. Select Upload logo.

Remove a logo

  1. Select Remove logo.
  2. Confirm the removal if prompted.
Limitations and things to be aware of
  • The image will not upload: Check that it is PNG or JPG and below 10 MB.
  • The crop looks wrong: Use a square logo file or adjust the crop shape.
  • The wrong logo is visible: Refresh the page after upload or removal.
