Getting started with the Intuety home dashboard

The dashboard is your starting point in Intuety, your landing page. It is designed to point you in the direction of exactly what needs your attention and when.

Who can use this
  • All Intuety users

View your dashboard

when you sign into the platform, you will land on the dashboard page by default. You can always access the dashboard from the home icon in the menu on the left-hand side.

This dashboard is a fully customizable widget-based dashboard that is there to provide you with prompts for what may need your attention soon. It also allows you to see other elements, including comments and expiring jobs.

Current Exhaustive List of Widgets:

the current exhaustive list of available widgets on the home page dashboard is:

  • Open jobs: This will show all of your jobs which are not marked as completed.
  • RAMS overview: This will show you all risk assessments and method statements of yours which are currently processing or ready for you to go into.
  • Jobs expiring soon: This will show all of your jobs which are nearing their set expiry date. This expiry date can be updated within the job.
  • Returned reviews: This will list all jobs that have been sent back to you by the reviewer (i.e., a rejected job or risk assessment).
  • RAMS ready for submission: This will show you all of your own jobs or risk assessments that are ready for you to send over for review.
  • Nudge reviewers: This will show all of your outstanding jobs and risk assessments that are currently awaiting review and will allow you to click the button to send a nudge notification to the selected reviewers to get your job reviewed.
  • Live Projects: This widget will show you a list of all live projects within your company. You can expand each project to view the jobs within it and click straight to that job.
  • Comments: This box will show you, sorted by most recent to least recent, any threads of comments that are taking place on any jobs you are involved in. You can expand out any replies and reply directly from this window.
  • Search your projects and jobs: This will allow you to openly search for any project or any job by name and click directly into it from here.
  • Hot topics: This will show you key themes and topics within your organisation, such as:
    • people, plant interface
    • manual handling
    • falls from height

Customise the dashboard

the entire dashboard is completely customizable to suit you. This will remain as what you edit and change the dashboard to be. Each individual tile or block on the dashboard is referred to as a widget. These widgets will continue to grow over time, and you will have additional widgets to utilise. You can add, remove, and resize all widgets within the platform to suit you. You can also move them up or down, or anywhere else in the dashboard on a grid system.

  1. Select Edit Layout.
  2. Move, resize, pin, or remove widgets where available.
  3. Select + Add Widget if you want to add another widget.
  4. Exit edit mode when you have finished.

Quick-jump buttons

Quick Jump buttons are designed to allow you to pick up where you left off. In the top bar below the greeting on the Dashboard, it will allow you to:
  • go to your most recent project
  • jump back into your most recent task
  • open a modal with any jobs awaiting your review

The widgets shown may vary depending on your role and organisation settings.

Your dashboard is ready to use when the widgets you need are visible and you can open the relevant projects, jobs, or reviews from the dashboard.

Limitations and things to be aware of
  • I do not see the same widgets as another user: Widgets may depend on your user role and project access.
  • I cannot see pending reviews: Check that you have the correct approver permissions.
  • I cannot find a project: Use Projects from the left sidebar and search by project name, reference, client reference, label, or location.
  • If you cannot see certain widgets, this may be intentional logic built not to clutter your interface and potentially not show a box should there be no data to show.
  • If you're a long-standing user and you would like to clean up or do some housekeeping on some jobs or projects, feel free to reach out to support.

You can also reset the layout to default settings if you ever need too by clicking to edit the dashboard, and then clicking reset to default.
