Comments and Conversations: Audit Trail

1. Commenting on Risk Assessments: Inside any risk assessment, you’ll see the option to leave a comment in the top right hand corner. It's the green button that says 'open comments' with a speech bubble icon.

Once added, the comment will display the name of the person who left it, the company they’re from, and the exact date and time it was posted.

2. Replying to Comments: You can reply to any comment directly, allowing for ongoing discussions between users. These conversations are permanently saved, meaning every exchange is fully traceable.

3. A Full Audit Trail: As your RAMS go through revisions, all comment history is retained. You’ll always be able to track the progression of feedback and updates, including who made changes and when.

4. Commenting on Method Statements: When you switch to the Method Statement tab, you’ll see the option to Comment by clicking the 'comments' pull out drawer. Here, you can highlight an image or select a specific piece of text, then leave a targeted comment related to that section.

5. Threaded Replies and Collaboration: Any user can reply to comments in either the risk assessment or method statement, enabling real-time collaboration within the document itself. It replaces the need for back-and-forth over email or messaging apps.

6. Everything in One Place: All of your project communication stays inside the platform, giving you a full audit trail of what was said, when it was said, and who said it.
