The page scrolling options are on the bottom right hand corner.
Can I add new or more users to a supplier?
you absolutely can add additional new users to your existing suppliers or supply chain companies, simply head to the supply chain portal, search for and click on your chosen supplier and then click on 'Send Invite'. You will then see a modal appear where you will have the option to add one or multiple email addresses for the users you want added to that supplier. These users will then get invites to their email for the setup of their own Intuety account.
How do I add a supplier to my list?
Click on 'Supply Chain' in the right hand menu, with the handshake icon and then click 'Add Supplier'. Search for the company by their name or companies house number. This utilises the companies house API within the UK and will return all active companies.
To help you find the right one, it will also show their registered address.
Once you have found the company, click on the 'Select' button on the right.
You will then choose to add an admin for that organisation by nominating an email address from that supplier, that admin can also invite their own team when they login.
You may 'skip invites for now' which will add this company to your supplier list but will not setup the admin. If the company already exists on the platform with their own users, these users will have the relevant access. They can also add additional users, as can you by following the guide on how to add new users to a supplier.
When you click to 'add supplier' you will receive a confirmation message.
Head back to the 'Supply List' tab and you will now see this supplier appears in both the main list and the 'recently added' banner. From here, you can proceed to add them to one or multiple projects.
