Task Dashboard Overview

 

In this video, we dive deeper into the Project Dashboard and how to navigate the tasks associated with a project.

  1. Accessing Tasks: After selecting a project, you’ll see all tasks linked to that project. On the left side, you can view the task name, risk assessment file name, task reference, the creation date, and the status of each task.

  2. Risk Assessment Association: Unlike previous versions, where risk assessments were uploaded independently, now tasks are created first, and a risk assessment is associated with each task. This will be covered more in the next video.

  3. Task Filters: You can filter tasks based on criteria like task name, status, and start/end dates. For example, searching by task name, state (e.g., approved or rejected), or date range helps you quickly locate specific tasks, especially in larger projects with many tasks.

  4. Demo Environment: The demo environment only shows a few tasks, but a real project could have hundreds or thousands of tasks.
