Task Dashboard Overview Update
In this video, we explore the updated view inside a project and how tasks are now displayed and managed within the Intuety platform.
1. Updated Project View: When you click into a project, you’ll notice a slight change to the layout. The new view is designed to make it easier to identify individual work and activities related to the project.
2. Understanding Tasks: Rather than thinking of each item as a separate RAMS, it’s important to note that these are now treated as individual tasks. Each task represents a piece of work that may have a risk assessment attached either during creation or at a later stage.
3. Assigning Tasks: You can create a task and assign it to a contractor. That contractor can then upload their own Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) directly into the task when they’re ready.
4. Task Details: Each task shows you whether a file has been uploaded, who uploaded it, and the company they’re from. You’ll also see the unique reference and a clearer view of the task’s current status.
5. Improved Navigation: We’ve made the action area more intuitive to help you navigate quickly. You’ll still have access to familiar filters at the top for sorting and searching your tasks.
6. Expiry Highlighting: A small key icon now appears next to tasks with expired risk assessments. If you’ve set a document expiry (e.g., 6 months), the system will automatically flag and highlight it in red once that period has passed, reminding you it’s due for review.
