Suggestions: Accepting, Rejecting and Editing!
In this video, we’ll show you how to handle suggested risks and hazards within the Intuety platform, helping you make the most of our AI-assisted recommendations.
1. Understanding the Suggestions: When you upload a risk assessment, the Intuety platform may suggest additional hazards and risks that might not have been included initially. These are AI-driven suggestions designed to improve the completeness of your documentation.
2. Where to Find Them: Open your activity, and you’ll see a section labeled Suggested New Risks. These appear in white and are extracted from the uploaded risk assessment. They’re not final—they’re just suggestions to review.
3. Reviewing the Risks: Click into any suggested item, such as strike damage, and you’ll see a set of additional recommended controls. Each one has a toggle beside it.
4. Accepting or Rejecting Suggestions: By default, all suggested controls are accepted. To reject a control, simply click the toggle to switch it off. This makes it easy to filter out anything that’s not relevant.
5. Editing Suggestions: If you want to modify a suggestion before accepting it, click the pencil icon next to it. You can adjust the wording or details and then click Save to apply your changes.
6. Finalizing Your Recommendations: Once you've reviewed all suggestions and made your selections, click Submit Recommendations. This saves your decisions and updates the RAMS accordingly.
