Subbies: Don't see the project you need to access?

In this video, we explain what to do if you can’t see the project you need to access on the Intuety platform.

1. Can’t Find Your Project? If you don’t see the project you’re meant to work on, it’s likely you haven’t been added to it yet.

2. Ask Your Principal Contractor: Reach out to your principal contractor and ask them to invite you to the correct project. They’ll be able to add your company and users as needed.

3. Who Can Add You? Anyone from the principal contractor’s team who typically acts as a reviewer or approver will have permission to add you to the project.

4. Once Invited: You’ll receive an email notification with access. Then, simply log in to see the project appear in your dashboard.
