In this video, we take a look at the Quick View feature in the Intuety platform and how it can save you time when reviewing RAMS.
1. What Is Quick View? Sometimes, you don’t need to open the full risk assessment and method statement—just a brief overview. That’s where Quick View comes in. It lets you see essential details at a glance without fully opening the document.
2. How to Access It: To open a RAMS file fully, you normally click the circle icon on the far right. But for Quick View, simply click anywhere else on the row. You’ll notice the icon change slightly when it's available—click it, and the quick view panel will open on the right-hand side of your screen.

Start a revision (if you’re the original creator)

Check the quality score

Jump straight to the review section

View the revision history and see what stages the RAMS has already gone through
4. Save Time and Stay Informed: Quick View is ideal for when you want a high-level snapshot without navigating away from the dashboard. It keeps you informed while helping you move faster through tasks.
