Familiarise yourself with projects in Intuety

 

The Project Dashboard serves as a structured workspace where projects are categorized based on your company's predefined settings. Projects act as folders that help you systematically store, review, and update data, ensuring a tidy and organized platform.

Project Visibility and Access:

  • You may see multiple projects in the dashboard, potentially from different companies, depending on access permissions.

  • If a project is shared with a client, they may appear within your project list as well.

  • The projects you actively upload files to, review, or work on will automatically move to the top of the list, ensuring the most relevant projects are easily accessible.

  • You will always have access to other projects for knowledge-sharing and referencing previous risk assessments.

Searching and Filtering Projects:

To quickly find a specific project, use the search and filter functionalities:

  • Search Box – Located at the top of the dashboard, this allows you to search by:

    • Project Name (e.g., “Solar” to find solar-related projects)

    • Project Reference Code (e.g., “TA-19” for direct reference lookup)

  • Filters – Use filters to refine your project list:

    • Filter by Company – Narrow down projects based on associated companies.
