Processing RAMS & Suggestions

This video provides an overview of the RAMS page and how Intuety prioritizes suggestions using machine learning and real-world data:

1. Priority Levels:

   • High Priority: Suggestions from your company’s SOPs or standards, which should be prioritized and never missed.

   • Medium Priority: Suggestions closely related to your task but not from your SOPs or company standards.

   • Low Priority: Industry-based suggestions that aren’t specific to your company, marked as lower priority.

2. Viewing Suggestions: On the RAMS page, you can click the eye icon next to each suggestion to view its source. This gives you context about whether it's from your company’s SOPs, the sector, or another source.

3. Accepting or Rejecting Suggestions: You can accept or reject suggestions based on their relevance to your task. Only accept the ones that are completely appropriate to ensure the platform’s learning stays accurate.

4. Confirming Suggestions: After reviewing, click confirm suggestions to finalize them and move to the Recommendations Page, which mirrors a real risk assessment format.

5. Transparency: The system clearly shows which items are original (grey), accepted (green), or rejected (red), allowing you to easily track changes and review suggestions.
