Ensuring your document is Intuety ready means our platform can extract all of that important data to provide you with the intelligent features our platform has to offer such as suggestions of hazards, risks or mitigations you may have missed.
Firstly, ensure the below:
- Do not submit scanned versions of documents, please use the digital or original version.
- Try to use WORD where possible. Although we accept PDF, its much easier for the platform to read a WORD document! Most excel documents will also work too.
- Make sure you have submitted the correct documents in the RA and MS area.
- Make sure your Risk Assessment has a table in it for the data to be extracted, just like the one here - What is the ideal RAMS format?
- Ensure you have not used reference numbers in place of activities (e.g "A1" instead of "Access to site")
- Ensure the RA table is clear and that data is put on individual rows.
