    1. If your Risk Assessment document's structure or format is not aligned with Intuety's intelligence requirements, you can still proceed directly to sending it for review. However, to benefit from the intelligence features, please consider adopting a suitable format, and our support team is available to assist you with this.
  14. Confirming Suggestions: Once happy, confirm selections to lock them in.
  15. Recommendation Report: Shows accepted (green), rejected (red), and original (gray) risks. You can revise if needed before confirming again.
  16. Method Statement Tab: Checks for inconsistencies between the risk assessment and the method statement.
  17. Documentation & Attachments Tab: Upload relevant documents (permits, plans, etc.) visible to those with task access.
  18. Safety Briefings Tab: View public and private briefings (e.g. HSE, Network Rail). Used to improve RAMS with real-world examples and best practices.
  19. Downloads Tab: Export the risk assessment, method statement, recommendation report, or amended RAMS (Word uploads allow for editable returns).
  20. Submitting for Approval: Once confirmed, click “Submit for Approval.” Choose multiple reviewers (square checkboxes) and one final approver (circle).
