  17. Documentation & Attachments Tab: Upload relevant documents (permits, plans, etc.) visible to those with task access.
  18. Safety Briefings Tab: View public and private briefings (e.g. HSE, Network Rail). Used to improve RAMS with real-world examples and best practices.
  19. Downloads Tab: Export the risk assessment, method statement, recommendation report, or amended RAMS (Word uploads allow for editable returns).
  20. Submitting for Approval: Once confirmed, click “Submit for Approval.” Choose multiple reviewers (square checkboxes) and one final approver (circle).
  21. Reviewer Workflow: Reviewers can comment but not approve. Full transparency is maintained between author and reviewer.
  22. Adding Comments: Use the comment feature to leave suggestions. All entries are timestamped for audit purposes. Everyone involved can reply.
  23. Reviewing RAMS: Reviewers click the review button, choose to approve or reject, and optionally leave a comment.
  24. Final Approval: Only the designated approver can officially approve the RAMS. Once approved, they are locked and cannot be changed.
