- Introduction: The video teaches platform fundamentals. For advanced features, refer to the knowledge base.
- Accessing the Platform: Go to www.intuety.io no software installation required.
- Account Setup: Check your email for an invite from your company admin. If not received, contact your internal point of contact.
- Logging In: Use your email and password or SSO (if enabled).
- Dashboard Overview: Shows all accessible projects represented by tiles. Click a tile to open a project.
- Navigating Projects: Return to the dashboard via the top icon on the left. Use search and filters (by name, reference, location, company, labels) to quickly locate projects.
- Sorting Projects: Default sort shows most recently accessed projects. Sorting options are customizable.
- Missing Projects?: If none appear, you may not be invited or no projects have been created yet. Speak to your point of contact.
- Uploading RAMS: Click a project tile, then click "New Task" to create a task before uploading RAMS.
- Creating a Task: Enter a task name and reference, then upload your risk assessment and method statement (or a combined RAMS document).
- File Uploads: Attach files via upload or drag-and-drop. Once uploaded, the platform processes them, which can take 5–10 minutes.
- Processing Complete: You’ll receive an email when ready. Open RAMS via the "Action" button.
- Suggestions Tab: Review suggested risks (not in original RAMS) and non-suggested risks (existing ones with added controls). Select or edit what’s appropriate.
- Confirming Suggestions: Once happy, confirm selections to lock them in.
- Recommendation Report: Shows accepted (green), rejected (red), and original (gray) risks. You can revise if needed before confirming again.
- Method Statement Tab: Checks for inconsistencies between the risk assessment and the method statement.
- Documentation & Attachments Tab: Upload relevant documents (permits, plans, etc.) visible to those with task access.
- Safety Briefings Tab: View public and private briefings (e.g. HSE, Network Rail). Used to improve RAMS with real-world examples and best practices.
- Downloads Tab: Export the risk assessment, method statement, recommendation report, or amended RAMS (Word uploads allow for editable returns).
- Submitting for Approval: Once confirmed, click “Submit for Approval.” Choose multiple reviewers (square checkboxes) and one final approver (circle).
- Reviewer Workflow: Reviewers can comment but not approve. Full transparency is maintained between author and reviewer.
- Adding Comments: Use the comment feature to leave suggestions. All entries are timestamped for audit purposes. Everyone involved can reply.
- Reviewing RAMS: Reviewers click the review button, choose to approve or reject, and optionally leave a comment.
- Final Approval: Only the designated approver can officially approve the RAMS. Once approved, they are locked and cannot be changed.
