How Do I Change the Reviewer of an uploaded RAMS?

Follow these steps to update the reviewer/approver for a RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) you’ve already uploaded.

 

To change the reviewer/approver of a RAMS you’ve uploaded:

  1. Log in and go to your project containing the RAMS.

  2. In the Status column, look for "Pending approval" (amber).

  3. Click the amber tick to open the RAMS.

  4. At the bottom click the red "Request Reviews" button.

  5. Select a new reviewer/approver. Once you are happy with the changes you have made press the green "Request Reviews" button.

Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Don’t see the amber tick? Check the RAMS status is Pending approval. If it’s not, the review process may not be active yet or may already be completed.

  • Can’t see Request Reviews? Scroll to the very bottom of the page. If it’s still not visible, ensure you are the uploader of the RAMS, only the uploader can change the reviewer.

  • Need to change again? Repeat the steps to select a different reviewer/approver and send a new request.
