Creating a Task

 

In this video, we walk you through the process of creating tasks and uploading Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMs) on the platform.

  1. Task Creation: You can now create tasks and associate Risk Assessments and Method Statements with them. After selecting New Task, you’ll enter the task name and assign it to a contractor or subcontractor, such as Acme Corp or Wonka.

  2. Naming Conventions: There are guidelines provided to ensure that the task name is clear and follows a proper convention, which helps with future clarity and organization.

  3. Assigning Tasks: You can assign tasks to a company or subcontractor. Once assigned, the relevant party will upload the necessary RAMs. In this case, Wonka would be responsible for uploading the risk assessment.

  4. Uploading RAMs: For unassigned tasks, anyone with access can upload the RAMs. You can either upload or create RAMs directly in the platform. If you prefer, you can upload a combined RAM (both Risk Assessment and Method Statement in one document).

  5. Document Upload: After selecting the appropriate RAM file, it will be processed by the platform. Once the document is in processing state, you no longer need your device—everything is handled on the Intuety servers.

  6. Processing Time: RAM documents typically process in around 5 to 10 minutes. Once processing is complete, you’ll receive an email notifying you that the RAMs are ready, and you can view any suggestions or updates.
